- Fixed-bid: This is ideal for projects with well-defined, limited scopes. Xeo is happy to provide a free fixed-bid estimate when appropriate.
- Time and Material: Flexible but less predictable for cash flow. You’re charged based on the hours worked, with no bureaucratic hurdles if specifications change. However, all the financial risk is on you.
- Subscription: We’ve developed a hybrid model combining the predictability of fixed-bid with the flexibility of time and material. You choose a monthly budget that suits your comfort level. If our invoice exceeds your budget, Xeo will finance the difference. If you’re unsatisfied, you can cancel anytime, with no obligation to continue. Our subscription model gives you control over cash flow, reduces risk, and often starts with 0% interest on financing.
- WHO OWNS THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)?
You own the IP we create. This means the software is an asset on your balance sheet. You’ll receive the source code and can take the project elsewhere if needed. While we work hard to keep you happy, our agreements ensure you’re not locked into working with us.
